Contact Support & Report a Bug

If you’d like to export a previously generated report, find it under Lists

  1. From your dashboard, tap on your profile picture

  2. Tap Send Feedback / Report Bug

  3. You will be taken to the ‘Jot Customer Service’ Desk

  4. Select the type of support you need and follow the prompts

  5. You will receive a confirmation email, tracking number and periodic updates
